Make Atlas Nodes Itemizable

I wanna be able to buy citadels instead of the fragments they drop.
I wanna be able to sell unique maps I've already completed multiple times.
I wanna be able to give my friends the untainted paradises I don't need.
And I don't wanna have to go to an external discord for this stuff.

I think we all agree that there needs to be SOME amount of "I wanna skip this one node" available when farming. So why not? Why not make atlas nodes itemizable?

Sure, it'd require figuring out some quirks, like "how often can you do this" or "what does it cost you" or "how do you use an itemized node? Do you add it to your atlas or use it like a poe 1 map?" (for the record, I think it'd be cool if using an itemized node added it randomly to a revealed part of your atlas).

I think with the right implementation and enough barriers to make it non-spammable, this could fix a lot of the endgame problems and add a lot of cool stuff.
