Map Device spacing

Hi,

It would be good to take a pass at all the map devices and the spacing from the actual device we click to open the atlas and the portals. With many of them, you have to make sure to rotate the device specifically to certain spots in order to access the portal and still be able to click the device. The portal could potentially be moved farther out.

This is an issue with most of the devices I have available for poe2.
