Problems with Xbox sync only with poe2

Not the most tech savvy sorry if this sounds stupid. But issues with syncing on Xbox series S. no other games have this issue, none of my friends do, I can play the game still and other online games just won’t sync poe2 data to cloud. Reset router, restarted Xbox, uninstalled and reinstalled poe2, just says:

“There’s a temporary network problem. There may be a service outage. Please check the service status. If there is a service outage wait abit and try again or use this game or app offline. (0X80832003).”

Xbox services are all up and running on the official site checker and no one else is having this issue but me. I’m worried about losing my character somehow or my progress. If there’s no issues with Xbox services and all other games and all my friends games are fine surely this is a poe2 issue? I don’t know. Internet is fast fibre and no issues with anything else at all.
