Charackters Lost???

I connected my poe2 account with my steam account today. What I forgot is that my steam account was already bound with my poe1 account. Due to that i have now a sub account. Now Everytime I start poe2 it starts with the sub account and not the one i was already actively playing this season. I have no Charakters there... i saw that after i created a charakter there i can switch the account. But during that poe2 just crashes. nothing happens. its just gone. And my pc is pretty beefy, since i am also working with it. before that poe2 didn't crash once. now i wanted to know is there anything i can do? or is all my progress lost?

Dear Support Team if its possible i would like to split away the new sub account away from this main Account uzukizame#9567. I tried it a couple more times now but nothing happend. Its like an endless loading screen in the start window. I can still click on the "i want to see the patch notes button" and the patch notes will open. When I press esc the game completelly closes. And even after leaving it open for 10 minutes nothing changes.
There is nothing i can do on my own. Dear Grinding Gear Support Team Please Help me. |
