Infinite loading screen when teleporting to other people hideout

Title, I'm having consistent infinite loading screen when trying to teleport to people hideout to buy stuffs, always have to resort to alt + f4 and relaunch the game. In the rare cases it didn't happen, the ping went hyperbolic to the ten of thousands ms which rendered the game unplayable.

Please fix this, I'm playing in SG realm.
