Failed to join instance upon trying to buy anything from instant buyout

As the title describes, I cannot purchase anything from trade cause whenever i click on "travel to hideout" I either get an infinite loading screen or get kicked out mid loading screen with the message "failed to join instance" or sometimes even "this action requires the account to be logged in" . I have asked a friend to use the trade link I am trying to see if the issue is with the persons hideout I am trying to get to , but it worked for him perfectly so it is somehow account dependent , I genuinely cannot make a single trade or teleport to an other players hideout all day , which is very limiting when I am playing SC trade. If the issue is on my side pls try to suggest a fix. Thank you exiles .
