Remove the Shroudwalker Buff from Headhunter.
One of the best Items in the game shouldnt be balanced around motion sickness. If you think the Belt is too good without this mod, then nerf it in other ways. Having to pause game with a menu and unequip headhunter every time you get this buff is just annoying. Lifelong NEET, loud and proud about it.

I dont think they are going to remove this, since HH is so powerfull, it feels like cheating - I think they want it to have some sort of downside.

It's even more annoying in POE2 where this modifier seems to be way more common.
But yeh both games have this stupid mod which makes HH a little annoying to use. Perhaps give this thing some internal cooldown when player has it, so we aren't thrown around the map like a tennis ball. You can program different buff behaviors on monsters and players, Soul Eater already has it (damage reduction component on monsters, not on players). |

" Couldn't agree more, it completely ruins the item, making it un-enjoyable. Affliction and Necropolis are the worst leagues ever. The current game design has turned this game into a loot-shower fest, chase uniques are too available; and obtaining chase items through stacked decks and valdo's boxes is a flawed design. The game also needs a massive balance pass overall.

I'd gladly play phrecia with idols over original ascendancy classes.
I think the enrage mechanic itself in its current state isn't that big of a thing. On the other hand, the random map mods and the needlessly prolonged boss fights during campaign ( which is by far the worst thing i've experienced in this game since years) are the main culprit behind the low retention this time around. I wish the devs accepted the fact that the majority of player base loath the campaign and just want to get over with it asap. The gaunlet(ish) boss mechanics on pinnacle bosses were great, tho. |
