My Options settings are resetting everytime i reset my pc <SOLVED>

Hello, since the patch with phrecia 2.0 my settings are getting reset to default everytime i restart my pc. I already tried uninstalling and installing again, checking the .pak and deleting the settings file. my best guess is somehow the windows isn't letting PoE to read the settings file and it keeps creating new one, no idea tho.
any help?




EDIT:
it was NVIDIA app, i had to turn off auto optimalization, weird how it even was changing the keybindings but whatever.
I saw some people complaining about same problem on twitch chat, so i'm not deleting the thread.
