PoE constant disconnects and crashes

PoE has always run well on my system until the last 48 hours. These past two days it's unplayable. I'm playing Phrecia but I tried Keepers and had the same issue.

My game is disconnecting when entering maps. I put map and scarabs into map device. I load into the map and my character is frozen and can't move or use abilities. Everything else on the map is animated and moving. After several seconds the game crashed to login screen or to desktop.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G
GPU: GeForce RTX 4060
RAM: 16GB

Any troubleshooting tips would be helpful. I've already done a hard reboot of my modem and validated PoE's files via Steam

I tried uninstalling PoE and deleting the PoE folder from %appdata% and re-installed. ran one map and problem returned. can't do anything in game other than log in then get DCed
