There is something seriously wrong with Singapore server. (HK server please)

Random lag spike, hang, disconnect and instance crash, way too frequently on this server compare to say, Japan or Hong Kong (PoE2).
Got another instance crash just now and I can no longer login through SG server or enter map opened on SG server (after login through JP).
Normally I wouldn't make a post about these kind of stuff but losing everything as it crash during the breach encounter successful animation (breach closed in before lootplosion) is not the best experience.

This is not new with a simple search, and most likely a third-party issue with the server provider as well.
If it can not help with the server vendor, can we at least have alternative? Namely open HK server like you already did for PoE2.
