"Extra Gore" currently looks like a little exploding blood splatter on death. The blood is blackish and sprays about a little erratically, like electricity I guess. I don't know if it's only on kill or on hit, as I'm only risking my witch against normal strand monsters :P
With +908% increased damage, I was one shotting normal strand monsters with 14 strength and no melee investment. That's to be expected I suppose. No viable build out of this, but thats pretty god damn awesome.

Since you have no active skill use for mana, consider an aura build that uses haste, wrath, hatred, anger etc.
