Maligaro's Virtuosity's increased evasion rating has no effect on Iron Reflexes

When I put on the gloves, my armor rating goes down slightly when it should be (i think) going up substantially. Is this intended?

My gear:



Without the unique gloves I have 3300 armor with all passives considered. With the unique gloves I have 3200 armor when according to my calculations it should be around 3800.

Those gloves only gives 104 EVA since the 68% Increase Evasion Rating is a Local modifier and is already applied, hence the blue 104 text. Your non-unique gives you 68 Armour and 68 EVA [Total: 136 Armour] before passives.

Well dont I feel dumb.. Idk why I thought it was a global increase.
