Latency spiking after patch

Hello! Since the recent patch, my latency is spiking SUPER high causing me to lag horribly. I've ran WinMTR on the Texas server (I'm in South East United States, this seems like the closest server). Looks like theres a high spike after the middle part of the trace. Not really sure what I can do about it. My in game latency is sitting at 65ms and spiking as high as 231 and is very erratic.

Historically, I've never had network lag until the latest patch. I have Fiber cable through AT&T and average just under 1,000 mbps down and up currently.

Any input is greatly appreciated!

Same issues here. Just noticing this today though and I've been playing regularly since the beginning of blight. I too have fios through ATT, but never have this sort of issue other than in this game after some patches. I find it odd that it is only affecting me in this game so I'd be surprised if it's something we ourselves can actually fix. Doesn't feel like an issue on my end since POE is the only place where I'm experiencing this.

The game is unplayable for me currently as I'm spiking to 1.5k ms

Switched from Texas to Washington - the lag spikes are WAY worse. My latency is actually more consistent on EU servers than the US servers.

US servers are causing super high spikes seems like =(
Started having the same issue like 2 hours ago. I have internet through ATT as well here in Florida.

Edit: seems like this is an att problem as of 10/24

Nice find! Hopefully this is resolved once AT&T resolves the problem.

Check out that spicy giant red blip in the South East https://downdetector.com/status/att/map/

Yea this is still happening in the latest patch I have not been able to play on us servers for YEARS now this old outage map is not the problem. The problem is a power spike in the physical server of the HUB server The one the routes you to your nearest server and collects metadata. The physical machine of the server itself is the issue.. Most likely a capacitor in the motherboard that needs to be replaced to smooth current spikes.
