Same, Kaom's stronghold after spawning Metamorph boss, new instant resolved the issue. AMD RX480 driver version 2019.1204.2025.3670 reporting for GGG awareness.

Yep count me in too. Spawned meta boss near the exit. Can relaunch and go into the same instance but once I got too close it crashed again. Going to launch a new instance and just run through.
