Just a thought, but if you're running any sort of skill MTX you might want to remove it and see if the problem persists.
I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.

Not sure what was happening, but it stopped when I got to act 2. Has never happened to me before so I'm not sure what was causing it.
