3.9 standard passive reset?

Hey just a quick question, and do correct me if I am wrong.
Do we get a passive tree reset for 3.9 in standard or did you guys do away with that?
League is now live and usually every league i'd hop on standard to toy around with my old characters for a bit, but I don't have any passive tree resets.

Wondering if that was forgotten or done away with haha.

Apparently we only get passive tree resets when the tree changes substantially. It's kind of disappointing since we're just talking about Standard League and it would be nice to try new builds in the endgame once a new league starts and the various changes are fun to experiment with.
