It's not just league, Standard is also terrible with ALL USA realms and others.
GGG update on this? Unplayable lately
I have run 3 sirus kills today, every map that spawns a conqueror causes DC/Texas/Cali to spike up into the 1000s on ms, it is fine any map influence is not spawned. Happens with elder/shaper maps as well. This has only been happening since the patch last thursday, would explain a lot of the issues creeping up here and on reddit. Appears to be something bugged on influence spawns.
Same issues as others, mind you I think mine have other issues among what was stated. I normally play on DC servers, but since they have been terrible I have played on Texas as of late, but now they are also getting problems.

These are 3 sessions back to back with issues, not major ones, but stuttering and such.

I don't see anything majorly wrong with those MTRs. Are you playing on WiFi? I think the pings to your router might be causing the change in average ping over the MTR (making it hard to see small problems).
Unplayable for the last 3 days here.
all US realms, every 30 seconds ping will go up to 10000++ and the game locksup for 5-10 seconds, leading to instances crash or just rubberband to catchup the 5-10 seconds lost.

Not playing on wifi, not a PC issue and not related to router/isp issues because all other games and anything related to the internet works perfectly, it's only been like this with PoE for the last 3 days.

Most of the time servers starts to act like this around 20h00 until 4h00 EST time zone.

lots of people here and on reddit are having the exact same issue, it is clearly related to the servers and not routers/clients side with that many people getting the exact same results
