Double Influence crafting question for harvest

Hi a bit new to how double influence works on the crafting side. I was thinking of using specific harvest augments and stuff to get the mods i want for my warlord (minus mana for channeling) and crusader chest (explosion). Just wanted to double check, does having dual influence ensure that i can roll both those mods on my item regardless of the mod i pasted if i wanted to craft it again from scratch? or do i need to find those two mods first, paste with awakeners orb then only would the crusader mod be an option when crafting?
