Changes of Quality use

Hello everyone
I bought a bow with: Quality does not increase Physical damage. Grants 1 % increased accuracy rating for 2% Quality. Now I need some help: Is this an implicit modifier or an enchantment? " If it's in pale blue above all the other mods, it's an implicit and it's hard to get rid of. You can try fossil crafting it off, or corrupting it to see f it falls off, but then you potentially lose the bow mods that you presumably bought it for.
