Endless Loading Screens

Myself and some other Australians are getting loading screens that never complete. This happens sometimes on the initial load or after a few maps. The instance isn't deleted and you can re-enter the map after alt+f4ing. This has only begun in the past 2 days.

note: The F1 key statistics and loading spinning gears function normally, the latency statistic stays at 0ms tho.

Same problem for me, since yesterday (Sunday). Frankfurt Server (Germany).

I cannot even complete uber lab with my new char.


Ok, I have tried everything from the General Troubleshooting Guide. Checking for corrupted files, deleting cache, and so on. Still getting endless loading screens every other map. Cannot complete UberLab. Can't really play properly. It's almost as bad as league start 3.14.
