South African server not showing on list

My friend lives in Durban, South Africa and the new server is not in the list as of 5 minutes ago, is it down for maintenance?

Someone assisted me on another thread. Where you select the gateway, just type in SouthAfrica no space then login you will be on it. Hope it works for you.

It is not supposed to be displayed in the list.
