Suggest players can use two character effects at the same time

The 24 chanllenges reward rune character effect is great，
But I can't use other character effects that fit the theme at the same time,such as
Planetary Orb effect or celestial character effect,
Or move rune character effect to Apparition effect,It is someting above ur head right?

I think it would fit best as an apparition effect, since it doesn’t really have an actual effect on player model itself but rather floats above like all other apparitions.

Would be nice, Character effects are in a wierd place they actually need to divide them up into "Character effect" and "Added character effect"

The character effect is like the gold character effect, it covers everything except your glowy/shiny bits

The added character effect controls your shiny bits and would retxture those.

at the same time some of these effects might better in another slot like you're saying and then some character effects would synergize well.

Char effect feels like a helmet attachment to me xD
