Nerf rare monster with lightning warp totems

At the most rare enemies I have been fighting, This one killed me at most.
It's like first totem wrap on me and dealt damage 40% of my life that cause me stun
then another 2-3 wrap to me and I died.


Even so lightning wrap totems can deal double damage when they are close to you.

I even have 75% lightning resist and health 3000, nothing more terrify than this rare enemies.
