Bone skills not working properly on titan boss fight (act 2)

The Bonestorm skill is not properly aiming against the boss, making so most shards hit the ground dealing no damage, and Bone Cage simply does not work against it, the boss takes no hits from the skill at all.

I expierenced this bug as well today. bonestorm worked sometimes, only seeming to work when targeting his arm on the ground. bone cage never worked for me. I beat him to death.

also is it me or is the game far too easy now? I picked it up again after it first came out and I am steamrolling everything. The first playthrough when poe2 came out I died many times each act which is awesome. I havent died once so far now.
