Power Siphon on Siphoning Wand causes game crash

In the current league, my character is using the wand shown here:

The wand works as normal, can socket gems into the skill on the skill tab, etc.

However, if I replace that wand with either of these wands:


I cannot socket any gems into the Power Siphon skill in the skills tab and moving the mouse to view the detail popup (like the 2nd image) immediately crashes the game.

I think I found the reason for the crash. On a hunch, I did a respec on a couple of passives in order to get me to the required intelligence for level 13 wands (the wands that caused the crash had reduced attribute requirements.) On doing so, I was able to equip the wand and socket support gems as normal.
