Betrayal safehoue, Intervention fight with other depart's safe house at the same, it's can't finish

When I click the Jun's safe house button and Intervention show up also closed, but travel to safe house fight there's no betrayal npc.

Same thing happened to me with gravicius in transport. Also causes the leader to leave the role without losing rank and the nonleader enters the leader position and loses ranks (not normal with this board setup as vorici was not leader)
