(SOLVED) AG Gone after swapping armor?

Hey,
I recently swapped an old body armor for new body on my character and subsequently lost my Animate Guardian. I have tried zone swapping, new map, new hideout and cannot re-summon him. Quick Update - have tried summoning him in another map with a piece of the gear he was wearing before and will not spawn at all.
It appears to spawn and then instantly dies? I have removed Ancient Skull to test this (as I have not actually hit anything yet) and still being "insta killed" |

It's not Ancient Skull that kills him, it's Fleshcrafter. You gave him too many chaos res.
