Can't access Kingsmarch

I have the quest stating ' Find a way to Kingsmarch'. I have spoken to Johan in town but he just gives the lore. I have also completed several maps now with the ore for Kingsmarch but it has still not opened that quest. What do I do?

Apparently, if you go to Karui Shores and stand next to Johan for a few minutes, the exclamation mark/quest should appear.

I have the exclamation point to the right of my screen (find a way to Kingsmarch) but when I click on Johan he only has the lore about it.. Frustrating bug.

Finally got it after logging out and in again

Going back to Oriath and sailing to the shore worked to trigger the quest for me (after I found an ore mine, you need that first to get the quest).
