Flask charges gain on crit

I am not getting any flask charges on any magic flask with % chance to gain charge on crit and watchers eye mod precision one for flask charges.

I am playing Forbidden rite 95% crit without flask tried hitting uber sirus for 30 sec and all 5 magic flasks have instilling or 'used when charges reach full' yet no flask gets activated

Happening only to me or am I doing something wrong?

There is a global shared cooldown of 0.1 seconds on charges generated. So between all 5 flasks having the crit mod and the Watcher's Eye, you cannot generate more than 10 flask charges per second. I'm not sure what takes precedence here with both flask and Eye, but if you want better uptime on a single flask, have only one flask with the crit charge generation and no Eye, assuming you crit enough times per second.

Noticed latter it does generate charges but it does not activate flasks with instilling orb 'used when charges reach full', like you can attack boss in new area for 10min you will not get any flask charge or flasks to activate, but when I activate them once manually after that is fine.

seen what you saying in other posts, I am more interested why it does not activate flasks automatically.
