No "Corrupted" boss

I was in the process of clearing my 15+ corrupted nexus in a "Digsite" map. I beat the boss, but died between the boss and the corrupted boss, because the pillars fell on me after the first boss died. When I respawned none of the items that had dropped from the first boss were there, and there was no corrupted boss, so I wasn't able to fight him or get the Atlas points. Plus I lost the two waystones that dropped from the first boss. So now I have to find another corrupted nexus and do it all over again to get my points. Cool.
