Boss didnt take a damage

Today i was on map on boss Aurelian Judge on maps.
I almost made one shot him, but he moved on 2-nd phase
After it he didnt take a damage at all.
He had left 1/10 of health

I tryed to kill him about 5 minutes but he didnt took a damage
Two times i ran away from his one shot mechanic but on third he killed me.

Please return my hero back to HC poe2.
It was not my mistake but bug :-(
