Bones of Ullr

I've been playing around with Bones of Ullr a little.

I currently have 34% reservation ones equipped, but bought a pair with 36% reservation in hopes of getting another storm mage in my army. When I equip the 36% ones, nothing changes. I know it's a little difference, but there should be a minor change in how much spirit I'm reserving.

I tried removing support gems from my storm mage skill and adding them again to "force" updating spirit reservation. No change.

Just bought a pair with 18% reservation and when equipping them I lose 3 skeletons.. As expected.

Am I missing something here?
