If you open the gem cutting menu while in conversation with an NPC, the text of the name of the NPC you are talking too is rendered on top of the gem cutting menu but not the rest of the dialogue box

It seems to happen with all dialogue as long as you have selected a topic and the characters are talking. But it does not occur if you are in a dialogue box but haven't made any selection yet
