If you have enough damage to one shot trash and most blue mobs, then SA/Chain is clears faster, else prefer TS.
I feel pierce is not needed personally. I've never used it on TS. Ranger builds list: /917964

Imo FA on Lioneye's Glare is just overkill, even with Spirit Void passive I feel like it can drain mana too quickly.
I'd rather use GGGR or GGGB for Added Fire / Increased Crit / Increased Crit Strikes etc Fake Temp League Elitists LUL

I've never played evasion based character before. In level 65, and it feels like enemies never really miss me (even though my stat screen says like 40% evade 40% dodge or something? So how high should my evasion be in order for most hits to be misses?
