Get a rustic sash with high str, life and two better res.
Try to replace the sapphire ring with a diamond one. Get an amulet with crit multi. Chest definitely needs life. With your current tree, you can remove 19 str from your gear and still have the necessary 109 for lvl red gems. In a few more levels you should have Fury Bolt which will give you 20 additional str; you will then be able to refund Beef, and still be over by 9 points (or 19 again if you also plan for the duelist jewel socket). Take that in consideration when you will upgrade your belt and ring. I'm not a fan of Poacher's Aim in the jewel socket. I'd rather use a rare jewel that will help transitioning the gear (with res, intel, etc.) Ranger builds list: /917964

I'm wondering if trading my Lv 20 Hatred for a Lv 1 20% Quality is worth it? Not sure how much the increased AoE Radius benefits me.

It doesn't benefit you at all. AOE radius may be worthy for summoners and heavy party players.
