Thank you NeverSink all around, using your Loot Filter and loving this guide. Decided to give it a try for Darkshrine and it's great. Felt like things took off as soon as I capped resists in Merciless.

What is meant by the word 'chain' in the gems section of this guide? ie. 4L: SA-Chain-PPAD-FA ?

Could you please add up a section with recommendations for a4 bosses? I'm having troubles with Daresso in his last 1/4 hp and with those before Malachai if I play with ranged toon(s) :[ Thank you!

Daresso is a bitch. Move a lot, have a distraction (leveled decoy or golem). Maybe switch to tornado shot for easier aiming, TS is our boss killer.
The 3 mini boss are not much of a problem: - Shav: equip a topaze flask, dodge her attach, and play hit & run with puncture or TS. - Maligaro: the hardest one, amethyst flask highly recommended. Start with puncture and continue with TS. Reapply puncture when needed. Kill him as fast as possible (ha ha, obviously, but you don't want the poison to spread too much). - Doedre: I prefer to play in the temp chain area. I hide behind the rock, curse and in puncture him. Rinse & repeat. A golem helps here also to keep him busy. Beware, the curses rotate. Ranger builds list: /917964

Thankee, Panini. Is it worth it to have GMP in TS setup if doing a single-target (boss) fight or LMP would do better with low-end items?

LMP is perfectly fine for bosses, as long as you're not confident with gmp (for mana reason, etc.). You'll just have to be a bit more precise.
