For Windripper you need a completely other tree tbh. You could basically just take a crit buzzsaw tree and you are done.

DPS with TS 8K -10 w/charges Puncture 16k - 21k w/charges.

tbh crit buzzsaw use daggers & shield, they go life or lowlife. I'm looking for a Windripper CI tornado shot. This build is closer to it than elebuzzsaw.

Well you can look up mathils ripper in scion section it is probably what your after. (Oh whoops missed the ci bit)

At the moment I'm level 76 and my damage seems a bit lackluster at only 5kdps with tornado shot. I don't quite know what I should upgrade next or why my dps seems so low compared to other people, and I'm working on crafting my harbinger bow, and am using a lioneyes glare for now. Any ideas on how i could boost my dps?

Change pierce for increased physical damage, try to get a gd rustic sash or a doryanis heavy phys belt and try to swap out your gloves for maligros I see they are tri resist so the doryanis phys belt might be the best bet to cap resists (and perhaps some resists from tree). The rest is 20/20 gems etc its not the highest damage build but has good survivability.

I thinking about drillneck and doriani's belt it will cost me about 6-7ex. Nex step is jewelry upgrade resistance and change boots for atziri. am i right, or i'm missing something. I had better armor but i need to link it first.

I uses your build well or Im switching to it right now ^^
Found myself a nice Infractem very early so Im runnig it :) and i don´t use thief's torment.

I don´t like to give up 2 rings :) so I tried to use a Elreons Ring +1mana flask and it works great.
As soon as I get my hands on better gear I want to use curse oh hit + Poachers Mark with the util. shot and get rid of the flask and get a better Elreon Ring.

it depends on what you are looking for. If you think your survivability / life is high enough then go for crit / damage on gear. Otherwise try to get gear with more life / res etc.
Your jewelry is fine but not that great. Upgrades with crit / multi are not so easy to come by in a new league and will probably be expensive. I would try to get a new quiver with crit / crit multi / WED / flat phys. This could push your damage a bit more.

So you have 5k damage with a Lionseye or with that harbinger? If you using the Lionseye it's probably your low crit chance due to the low crit base. Your harbinger bow is actually quite good for you level but you got screwed with its crit chance so it's not really an option for end game. What's your hit chance with the harbinger? I expect it to be pretty low because you have no accuracy on gear. If you just get two pieces of gear with 200+ accuracy I expect you to clear much faster.
Other than that I'm still not a big fan of going into the duelist tree. I know some you might disagree but in my opinion these point should be spend on crit and attack speed.
