Just a reminder that, while reading about an arc "buff" is exciting, increased damage doesn't really do much. If they don't buff the range, it's a fake buff.

Plans for 3.9: I'll make many changes to this build to improve it in pretty much any regard. If you've ever played the build before, forget everything, it will be a completely new build.
All testing is done and the new setup feels really good. Now it's down to patchnotes. As always, i'll update the guide once patchnotes are released. If you want to continue the current setup until Patch 3.9, please save yourself all relevant information. |

hi i am going to use this build for 3.9 i know you are going to update the build as soon as you can quick question can i facetank mosto fo the time or do i ahve to learn the mechanic and also are those item you have the most powerful you can get?

" Largely true, though even increased flat damage will still help with the increases in boss difficulty. Hopefully it's at least a 20-40% increase in chain length. Other possibilities are an additional chain or even increased range on the initial cast...but we'll know in a few hours! |
