I know that is too early to speculation but, soulwrest could be a nice unique staff for this build? give cast speed, mana regen and spell damage.

I'm surprised you still stick to staffs despite the double damage affix nerf. The tree seems really solid on the defensive part, a bit worried on the offensive against tougher bosses / conquerors though awakened supports if not extremely rare should play a big role there.

OK. I see where this is going. I like the changes alot so far. Especialy ailment immunity.

Just an idea. Would it be ok to drop Paragon of Calamity early on to get Mastermind of Discord and go double heralds for herald explosions before I get my inpulsa? Later on switch back to Paragon once I already got Inpulsa and no longer require herald explosions?

Actually was thinking of dropping Paragon overall since they overbuffed reflect mods on rings and armour. Maybe a 7L shaper armor with 100% reduced ele reflect, +1 active skill gems, spells have +% crit chance, arcane surge from aetheric. This armour and +1 all spells on a wand or the new mods +1 all int/lightning gem on amulet would allow use of empower without losing arcane surge ;)
Would lose 19% more multi and 9% cast speed because lvl1 arcane surge but lvl26 arc should make up for it I guess. And could stick to heralds for explosions, additional damage and penetration from mastermind of discord.
Is it viable endgame option?

Hi @Enki, looking forward playing the updated build in the new expansion.
I have 3 questions:
In the 100 Skill tree link Melding is unselected while in the other 2 it is selected, is this on purpose or a mistake?

the second one is out of curiosity: since we are going with staff would switching the Life and Chaos Res node (above Purity of Flesh) for Staff Spell Damage and Chaos Res (near Enigmatic Defense) and if not why.

I am curious about dropping Mind over Matter could you elaborate on that? or if it will be in the guide disregard this one.

Passive Tree, Ascendancy & Pantheon no longer has * meaning its updated with the 3.9 information, contains links to passive tree at 80, 90, 100 lvl.

Really excited about this build and ARC buffs on Metamorph League.
