Enki's Arc Witch Memorial Page & POE 2 Arc Summary
" I've put Herald of Ice in a secondary weapon (the weapon swap page ie. II) which is what I think you're supposed to do. You don't need to activate it. Just let it level in the background. I activate all the rest. Seems to work. Last edited by Scardrak#0558 on Dec 14, 2019, 7:34:31 PM

" Thanks that makes sense. I think he means start looking out for a staff with four links so you can use it later? I've got some wands with good increased spell damage so don't want to switch to staff for a while either. |

" You're totally right. I'm blind apparently. Thanks! |

No idea how people are struggling with any Story bosses (especially early ones)or mechanics of this build. Clearly reading comprehension issues or just did not read the guide fully.
Up to Act 3 all you need is 3 link with Arc - Added lightning dmg - Arcane Surge. Orb of Storm with Increased Crit for Metamorph bosses (to proc Elemental Overload easier). If you need 7 minutes to kill any boss in Story - i don't know what to tell you honestly. As early as 33 lvl - do Normal Lab and grab Golem node. Cruel Lab as soon as you unlock Trials - second Golem node. In Act 4 you can get 4 socket gear. Arc - Spell Echo - Energy Leech - Lightning Penetration is all you need to clear rest of the Story. If you have a second 4 link at this point - Stone Golem/Chaos Golem/Meat Shield/Minion Life. (replace Minion Life for 3rd Golem after Cruel Lab) This gives you taunting Golems immune to all elemental damage that pretty much cannot die and hp regen/physical reduction for you. For auras you run Zealotry + Herald of Thunder (Blapshemy+Enfeeble if you are feeling squishy). You do not use Herald of Ice while leveling and do not level Clarity too high either - i prefer to not use it at all. Steelskin + Consecrated Ground on rares/bosses from Zealotry with your two taunting Golems means you can almost face tank anything but the hardest dodgable hits. Against these use Flame Dash with Faster Casting to reposition (you do not need Leap Slam + Fortify for leveling). Biggest tip and damage increase - forget about Staves for leveling. ID every Rare Wand you come across and look for +1 to Lightning Spells and then dual wield two of these. Ignore Staff passives on the tree until you get a good entry budget unique staff and drop Elemental Overload. It's like 3 nodes. Use the points to proceed with the planned tree like Life + Golem cluster or grab Dark Arts to zoom zoom with Flame Dash. That is all on SSF so should be even smoother on Trade league. |

New to the whole POE, you mention to keep arcane surge at level 1 and link it. How do you keep it from leveling up?

" Also for bosses reducing their resistances through Wave of conviction and/or a Self casted conductivy helps a ton, which I feel is something the guide should also include. |

" Thats simple, dont click it or click with rmb. Rmb hide the icon, if you need to add some level after, just press i and click with LMB. down left near belt bar //// Thanks for the build! Already mapping, clear speed more than okey, boss damage avarage-good in t4-t8. Tanky enough but i play SC. I try to reach some red map today. Last edited by Raklap#5538 on Dec 14, 2019, 11:32:40 PM

Has anyone taken this in to Maps yet? I'm starting to struggle pretty hard at T4/T5. Agnerod West, 4000 HP, 500 ES, capped resists. DPS is starting to struggle a bit and survivability is hurting. This might just be the new league with the harder bosses though.
Any advice on mid-gear that doesn't need to be Shaper/Elder? It feels like in the new league its going to be much harder to make that Low --> Med jump. Last edited by SilkySlim#5337 on Dec 15, 2019, 12:04:20 AM

@Akiass
I only got a SSF-optimized edit of Neversinks filter, would not recommend to use it in trade leagues but you can find the link with the !filter command on my stream.
@CapChaos
Most of the items have no specific drop location.
@TheChosenOne_
Endgame stuff seems to have gotten massive life buffs, so we'll have to see.
@Jandrohg
Pretty much yeah, even tho it's the "same build" there's still massive differences between different versions. This time I took a bigger risk and completely remade the entire thing for cost reduction and better progression.
@AlexFulgor
Atleast not for this setup. We need atleast a 5L for the golems to work properly, also i've just wanted to make use of the possibilities that staves bring.
@sceiler
Surely your expectations may be warped from playing summoners during their prime league, but it's many things coming together. Many bosses got a significant buff, mostly stuff that we were used to being pushovers.
I'm putting in some optimizations for leveling later, the buffs were a bit higher than I had anticipated.
@Deminii
Haven't seen a list of the new modifiers yet.
@dualism04
Try a lower level Clarity until you have enough mana.
@DiamondBarJohn
Bosses are the same in SSF, so if anything they may be harder depending on your rng.
@TheRiot90
Just any spellcaster mods. You don't have to use it before you pick any staff nodes, i'm going to improve that part later.
@ararings
Huge opportunity cost, i've planned jewel sockets as life nodes in this build so rather use jewels with life + damage mods.
@Ejdzej
I've played around with the medium budget gear in Standard and it was fine. T16 Guardians are noticeably stronger, haven't tried Shaper yet but apparantly he has 4x the life + higher res now.
@LeftyEX
Yes. It's a good damage boost for low investment while leveling, crit needs much more investment to work which we just can't do that early on.
@Sagidu
Wish I could like comments here, totally agree with you.

Anyone here know if Pledge of Hands is a significant upgrade to Agnerod West? Right now I'm running with a 5L Agnerod West and I need something to throw my Fusings on.
Would a 5L Pledge of Hands be greater then an Agnerod West or what's the case? Cheers. |
