@Enki Can I use this as a base for the multmodded endgame staff?
I know its a war staff. But I could put Spell-Damage, Global Crit Multiplier, Double Damage and Multimod-Mod on it?
Am I missing something?
Not the OP, but yeah, you sure can. Not much you can do with a multimod now that we can only add 2 mods, but a +3 staff is pretty beefy on its own. If you crafted that, GG. Personally, I would multimod an increased spell damage prefix and then increased crit chance for spells.
I bought it for 4EX, hope it was good price. I could use multimod and then Exalt Slam? Multimod counts as a crafted mod to right? so only 2 to put on?
Edit: I currently use Duskdawn. Im not sure if its worth the money to craft this one, without double damage? Or how can I get another suffix/prefix how would you craft?
Yeah, you can leo exalt slam after you add the multimod as it will still have an open suffix, though on a warstaff I'm not sure what I'd be hoping for tbh. But yeah, the "3 crafted modifiers" includes itself, so essentially you're only able to add 2 instead of 1, which is basically a nerf to things like these
Spoiler
Which sucks. I guess it was too easy to craft endgame gear?
what am i supposed to do with the arcs once they are at 20 ? i just vaal orb them ? i relevel them to 20 with 20% quality and then vaal them ? sry im new and i dont understand that part

vaal them for a possible L21 gem. No need to flip for 20% quality with this build as it's just extra shock chance, which isn't applicable because you're freezing everything.
What are the option of "unveil" stat i should look for when buying this chest ?
If possible tell me like from most important to less important stat of unveil i need to look for thank you :)
So.. as a novice crafter I thought it was a good idea to start crafting high-end stuff in the middle of the night with zero brain-activity.
I made this base to rare with +3 Lightning Spell Skill Gems. Started instantly crafting +3 modifier with double damage mods, and realized I was fucked. I thought I could add a prefix AFTER the +3 mod. So in rage I slammed it twice with utter shit as a result of course (phys dmg+mana and all currency wasted).
So.. now i'm back with a base. Please, can someone tell me how to proceed. I want the 3 suffix (+3 modifier+double dmg+double dmg when focused)
How do I get another prefix on this without bricking it instantly? Thanks!

So the only way to get more prefix or suffix is exalt slamming with LEO (Betrayal) or with exalt orb? There is no other way I guess, because it is already rare. Or am I understanding you wrong?
Edit: Oh you already did that.. Sorry. Im interested in an answer too ^^

I really hate Leap Slam, and using it to proc Fortify doesn't make a ton of sense to me. Is this really necessary for survival?
why doesnt it make sense? fortify is a buff that makes you take 20% less damage from all hits (not damage over time though) including physical/elemental/chaos damage as long as it is active, thats huge mitigation of incoming damage..
if you dont like the feel of leap slam or think its slow, then that is another thing and a personal opinion, but remember with increased attackspeed on gear + lightning golem + passive tree and maxed lvl 20 faster attacks gem support with 20 quality it feels quite smooth compared to without these things..
flame dash feels good I agree, so if you want to use it then use it, but fortify is not to be underestimated when you get to tougher content and there is a reason its recommended :P[/url]
Because jumping towards enemies to proc it is not my playstyle for one. I get how good Fortify can be but doing that with this build feels awkward. I already feel like I have less survivability with this build as opposed to the dodge build so jumping into anything feels like something I shouldn't be doing.

You get used to it. I played it like I would a Juggernaut build - hopping from pack to pack. Granted, you don't have to do that, but there's something satisfying about hopping into a pack and blasting them with lighting and watching a bunch of ice shatter. Did that through T16s with no problems. And it's also kind of the only way to stay alive VS Metamorphs. Gotta keep slamming them, moving around so you don't get one shot by random shit while spamming Arc casts. I liked it, anyway.
