unlink from steam account

Hi,
I just installed the game on a new system through Steam. When I opened it I mistakenly chose Logon through Steam and cannot access my previous account/characters. How do I change it back to a regular POE login or is it possible to import this account? Thanks... |

If i unlink my acc from steam into standalone client im losing all characters and eQ + MTX?
