Yes. It is. All it would take is a thicket with a max lightning roll of 75 and a low IAS mod to beat this bow in terms of pure lightning damage per second. Those aren't hard to find. And if we're talking just elemental damage, and not pure lightning, then it gets even easier - you just need 2-3 decent ele rolls.

Well, my Unique was canceled today due to limitations with the system. The mods on this item would have had issues with sync, so it had to be scrapped - wasn't realized until last minute...it was due to come out in or around patch 0.10.9 after balance testing and cleaning up the wording. Back to the drawing board for me I suppose. :(
