Spell damage decrease is also not a drawback?? This is for a build who has to max power charge for max effectiveness. Therefore has to go from shadow, witch and templar area. Or are you so stupid to use the wand without getting any power charge, or so strong that you wanna cripple yourself with less spell damage. No food in fridge... Beer it is. The wand is a really cool unique but I don't get the people complaining its OP. Its definitely NOT OP. Not anything like kaoms, shavronnes, or thunderfist OP. Don't get me wrong, I think all of the uniques should be something interesting like the new wand and the gloves. I plan on trying the gloves out as soon as my fire witch is ready for them.
