Mindless casters huh? So what IQ do you need to roll ipd+flat weapons? 290+? And what IQ do you need to get non empty zones?

Oh please. Of course Leap Slam requires more skill and knowledge than playing caster. With Leap Slam you have to know exactly which packs you can leap into and constantly weigh risk/reward. Moreover, as with most melee builds (cleave/leap slam/arguably Point Blank ) you constantly have to upgrade your armour, given that melee heavily relies on EVA/Armour.

As caster, given the sheer range and damage of most spells you can faceroll most of the content without having to know any of that, you don't have to worry about upgrading your gear in even close to the same respect, you don't necessarily need the same level of knowledge in deciding which packs to engage and which packs to simply avoid (and on top of that exactly how to engage and kite past them efficiently as is the case with cleave or LS for example).

With caster you throw fire trap.. keep moving... charge up flameblast and one shot shit... keep moving.

It's an absolute joke and not comparable in any way, but it doesn't surprise me in the least that people in their myopia limit everything to "rolling weapons", as if that is the only relevant aspect to playing this game.

edit: Plus, being able to rock double coral as opposed to double iron right from the start surely doesn't make the game alot easier for caster... I mean who are we even kidding. Don't even pretend that having 50%+ more life all throughout Act1 doesn't make the game significantly easier.

Just let them think they got skillzzz.
No way melee takes more skill than caster. As soon as you get leap slam you can ignore the most skill based part of any race:
