Hi Ziggy, PT and Zeno! :)
I will play this build in softcore, nevertheless take it seriously, please!
The goal is fun (even in SC, constantly dying is not fun.) and super efficient clearspeed on maps/ possible divination card farming areas.
It is the one and only dual wield hyaon's fury build!
The general idea is, to invest into dodge and evasion to mitigate the downsite of hyaon's.

The main Skill will be Spectral throw with gmp and of course dual strike for single target.
ST; GMP; FA; WED; Lightning Pen
DS; Lightning Pen; Multi strike; WED
I will be selfcasting poachers mark for mana and frenzy charges.
As other unique choices apart from the weapons I plan on using Hyrri's Ire and Darkray Vectors for the dodge.

EA->GMP-Slow Proj->Fire Pen->Increase Aoe for the AoE Setup. In Quillrain or +3 Bow
EA->Slow Proj->Faster Attack/Reduced Duration->Fire Pen-> Conc Effet for the single target setup.

Jewel -> Crit with fire skill, atack speed, damage and Life are priority.
