ProjectPT doing builds again

Would like some feedback on a bow based Barrage Cast on Crit setup.

I plan on running this gem setup in a 6 link:
Barrage - CoC - Lightning Arrow - Ice Shot - Lesser Multiple Projectiles - Life Leech

I would like to know how to build this for levelling and when/where to respec into end-game.

Whispering Ice Anatomical Knowledge(Stacking up on int)

Whispering Ice build and using Anatomical knowledge. So the Int nodes essentially serve a dual purpose of adding some life and spell damage.

Skill Tree: Has something like 180-210% life and about +100flat max life from Anatomical Knowledge(+200 or so with tree). Nothing too insane it seems, again even with the heavy obsession with int nodes. Not much idea how much damage it has, has 400 int from tree. With some good gear I can reach 1200 int, which makes Icestorm DPS equivalent to lvl20 Firestorm.

(non-BETA build) I suck... still learning but reached a wall with my ground slam marauder.

Fast but not very powerful (~2.5k dps) and health is around 2k... (help appreciated)

Thanks for looking at the build I agree it would be better to just pick one skill instead of trying to spec for both I'll possibly regret orb out of stuff later on. The reason I went into marauder for resists mostly as my plan was to use a bunch of gear with low resists.

Max proj speed
Incinerate / Explosive Arrow with quillrain and reargaurd

Jewels will be mostly life jewels
Eleron jewellery for mana costs on incinerate and bloodmagic gem for explosive arrow

From there I would go Stun Mastery, Soul of Steel, and Potency of Will and some more damage.

Uses 2H Maces with Reduced Stun Threshold nodes and Skull Cracking to cull on stun. Will this build even do enough damage to stun even with the Stun Threshold nodes and probably a Stun gem?

I really want to play a discharge build but not with Cast on Crit.. I Hope u can help me a little bit with this. Because i'm really really bad in making builds.. but i'm in love with the discharge ;D

crit axe for like ice crash/cyclone or whatever. a bit worried about reflect though.
