Ice Crash

The numbers on this skill just don't add up, currently. There's a reason only unarmed builds use this over Frost Blades. The flat damage on Frost Blades just makes it strictly superior with any weapon. I think Ice Crash should get some extra damage scaling for more contrast and make it more desirabke with 2-handed weapons.

It's fun to play. But please improve visual clarity.
