Hey all, if we do the tournament saturday evening is it fine with you guys ?

Saturday is best for me and I assume for most people who have to work on monday.
I don't know where the other participants are from, but assuming most are from europe and america, NA afternoon and europe night might be best. Example start time: UTC 21h = 22h in most of western europe = 16h east coast NA = 13h west coast NA. Probable end time: UTC 23h = 24h in most of western europe = 18h east coast NA = 15h west coast NA. If there's no or not many west coast people in tournament, starting 1 hour earlier might be better to finish on time before dinner for east coast people. If there's not many europeans, might as well make it several hours later to get a time more suitable for american players with families. Too many unknowns to pick a definite best time imo. As the organizing committee you could also just pick a time that suits you and tell anyone that complains, that it was decided by a majority vote in the committee :p |

Well I'm from Montreal so the timezone is perfect for me. Time doesnt matter much, I should be home all day.
