Probably the next 3-month set of craftable map mods will bring Talisman back in.

Except you won't be able to do that for an unknown amount of time.

I presume the answer to this would be divination cards, but I am not sure about talismans uniques in particular. Unless specific divination cards are made for these, probably these will not be obtainable.
I am happy to see some damage multiplier on reduced duration that would help Lightning Warp but .. the graphical glitch in lockstep mode just makes Lightning Warp unplayable if you want to cast it repeatedly.
Oh no end of vaal spark and VMS end game meta !? What next? Go back to SRS !

Game is just like it is add to op thing = nerf them at the end of league! - that happened every league get used to it.
In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

VOltaxic Arc Ultra OP --> no nerf


Nerfs only comes for caster and traper.
Melee never get upgrades and bow was, is and will be ayways OP.
Looks good to me.

I like the changes to utility flasks and the balance changes on gems. Vaal Spark nerf looks extreme, but I don't really know the context. I know Vaal Spark builds were a thing, but no idea how good they really were.

Changes to Shadow start look great even though they are very small. I play a lot of Shadows and always had problems getting Int/Dex in time to level gems early on. It all worked out in the end so I never thought to complain about it, but this should make earlier leveling feel smoother.
